Licensed Professional Counseling
I (she/her) work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is integrative, but grounded in a humanistic framework, believing strongly in your innate capacity to heal and the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship.
I believe that therapy begins with a good relationship and fit between counselor and client and work hard to establish trust and safety early on. I study holistic approaches to treating a variety of life and mental health challenges including mood disorders, addiction, and the impacts of traumatic experiences. I also have experience treating substance and alcohol use disorder and can be supportive of multiple avenues to recovery including a 12-step framework.
