Counseling Services
Helping you identify and meet your goals
All services are currently being offered to North Carolina residents via a secure telehealth platform.

Individual Therapy
In individual sessions we co-create goals to meet your needs, address identified challenges, and access relief from mental health symptoms that you are facing.

It all starts with a safe and trusting working relationship. Fit is the most important thing, and if I'm not the right counselor for you, I'll help you get to where you need to be.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting therapy can be a part of an individual client's treatment plan or an adjunct to work you are doing with a pre-established therapy relationship.

Brainspotting was developed by David Grand out of his training and experience with EMDR. It works to target and reprocess traumatic memories held in the neocortex of the brain but often manifest as anxiety, PTSD, depression, chronic pain, rumination, and reactivity.
